Cancellation conditions
There are no cancellation costs for you up to 3 months before the start of your trip,
Up to 1 month before the start of the trip, 40% cancellation costs apply,
Up to 1 week before departure, 70% cancellation costs apply,
from 7 days before arrival 90%, and in case of cancellations on the day of arrival
100% of the booked arrangement will be charged.
With border closures, officially imposed hotel closures, government lock-downs
No cancellation costs may be charged by the landlord.
